When you first signed up for the One of a Kind Store, you received an e-mail from us containing your original store password and a link to the Administration Panel. These passwords expire in time. Or you might have forgotten your password or lost the original Welcome message we sent you.
To get back into your store, you need to reset your password, like so:
- Click this link to the Administration Panel:
- Click Forgot Your Password?
- Enter your e-mail address and click
Note: The e-mail address you enter here needs to be one to which we sent your original welcome message, the one you use to sign into your store. If you cannot remember this address, then send us a support request.
- Open your e-mail client and look for an e-mail from email@example.com
- Click the long link to confirm your password recovery procedure.
- For Password, enter a new password for your profile.
Enter the same password in Confirm Password and click
Your password is reset. Use this new password the next time you sign in.
